On Thursday afternoon, in the Capitol, Pennsylvania voters announced that they have filed a lawsuit in Commonwealth Court alleging partisan gerrymandering in Pennsylvania's congressional districts.

Allegheny County DA says charges not warranted against Pittsburgh ICA, former director

The Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office announced Thursday that it will not pursue criminal charges against the agency overseeing Pittsburgh’s finances or its former executive director.  


In April 2016, the office of Allegheny County District Attorney Stephen A. Zappala initiated an investigation into the operation and expenditures of the Intergovernmental Cooperation Authority (ICA), and the duties of its former executive director Henry Sciortino, the ICA’s only employee.
