Most people are unaware that in Pennsylvania children under the age of 18 are not allowed to have a lemonade stand without purchasing a permit beforehand. 

After seeing how this law affected one of his own residents, Rep. Gerald Mullery (D-Luzerne) decided he would sponsor a bill changing that rule.
